Why Intern at Sonesta? 

Through intern lunch and learns, property tours with GMs, networking with department leaders, and conversations with CEO John Murray, Sonesta provided invaluable real-world insights that enhanced my education. Throughout the internship program, I deepened my understanding of the hospitality industry and formed lasting friendships with a fantastic group of interns from various departments! 
Inaugural Corporate  Internship Program
 Sonesta International Hotels introduced our inaugural 10-week internship program in 2024, designed to provide aspiring professionals with hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. This program offers interns the opportunity to immerse themselves in various departments, learn from experienced leaders, and contribute to real projects that make a difference. Throughout the summer, interns will gain valuable insights into hotel operations, develop essential skills, and build a network of industry connections.

What would I do as a Sonesta Intern?

Each day was an exciting blend of hands-on experience and valuable mentorship. In Operations & Campaign Marketing, I collaborated on high-stakes Lodging Development projects, developed email campaigns, and created lasting marketing materials. In Field Marketing, I was fully integrated into the daily operations, participating in calls with properties and conducting audits on over 25 locations. Every moment contributed to my growth and understanding of the hospitality industry.
